The event begins at 7:00 pm. Rep. Fred Keller and his progressive Democrat challenger will debate issues facing Pennsylvania and the Central Susquehanna Valley. Petition circulation for Congressional candidates begins tomorrow, Tuesday, February 27 and lasts through the final filing date of March 20.
