Mifflinburg School Director Opening

The Union County Republican Committee (UCRC) is now accepting letters of interest from persons desiring to be the appointed Republican nominee on the November 4, 2025 ballot for Mifflinburg School Director, Region 1.

A resignation has created an election for a 2-year unexpired term in Region 1, comprised of Buffalo Township, Limestone Township, New Berlin Borough, and the precinct of Union-Independent. The term will run from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.

Letters of interest must be received no later than midnight, Friday, August 22. Send letters via email to chairman@unioncountygop.com.
