March 6th is the last day to file petitions for candidates running for county committee and all offices except congress.
Congressional Petitions
Petition circulation for Congressional candidates begins tomorrow, Tuesday, February 27 and lasts through the final filing date of March 20.
Proposed map
Republican State House and Senate leaders have submitted a new congressional map to Gov. Wolf. Wolf has until Thursday to decide whether to agree with the maps. If he does not accept the proposal, the PA Supreme Court intends to draw its own map and impose it on Pennsylvania voters.
