The 2021 Municipal Election is May 18th.  Local elected positions have great influence over our lives and that of our families.  Positions on the ballot include include:

  • town council
  • mayor
  • township supervisor

  • judge in the Court of Common Pleas

UCRC Hears Judicial Candidates

Tonight, members of the UCRC interviewed two candidates for Court of Common Pleas, 17th Judicial District covering Union and Snyder counties.  Brian Kerstetter and Lori Hackenberg are seeking to replace Judge Michael Hudock, who announced his retirement earlier this year.  Kerstetter is a Snyder County Assistant District Attorney.  Hackenberg is a Magisterial District Judge in Snyder County.  Both maintain private law practices.
